Jim May literally saved my life back in 1964 when I came to him, a frightened, neurotic young woman unable to love. Through the ensuing years of therapy, Jim fulfilled my needs for a loving mother and father, and through the insights he gave me, the unconditional love and understanding, I was healed. When he told me he had written a book, I was delighted, and I read my copy straight through from cover to cover. There is something important in it for everyone regardless of where you think you are in your emotional development. Jim and Dianne have written a clear, hopeful, easy to understand, relief giving book with references for further study. Pick it up and start reading anywhere. You will be hooked! I especially like Jim's List, Chapter 23 on page 182. Thank you, Jim and Dianne.

Very good understandable book relating psychology and christiananity into one book. Lots of good examples of individuals who have problems with their self image and ideas to improve how we think about ourselves in order to find happiness as to who we are. The book is written so that the lay person can understand the terminology in it's simplest form without being a doctor. Enjoy!
