    I have been into physical fitness all of my life. When I was a young man I had fantastic flexibility but now that I am a senior with medical and health issues I no longer am as flexible even though I do practice various stretching and yoga asana. Lately I have purchased numerous books on stretching from Amazon in order to learn more about this fitness topic.I purchased this oversize soft cover 144 page (The Easy Stretching Workbook: A complete stretching class in a book by Karen Smith) book and found it to provide an excellent and easy to follow stretching program. This full color volume also has a free audio CD to further enhance learning the stretches in the book. This wonderful book is organized into six chapters.Chapter one explains the easy principles which include why stretch? How to stretch safely? It also includes practical warm ups and basics. Chapter two covers the numerous stretching exercises in the program. Chapter three provides ideas and solutions to various stretches. Chapter four shows how to relax and breathing to relax. Chapter five shows how to stretch for numerous sports. The final chapter gives ideas on how to do easy stretching exercises every day.One of the many reasons I loved this book is because most of the stretches shown can be done by almost anyone, even those of us who are seniors or have physical issues. If you are seeking a book on stretching that is easy to follow and has clear instructions with full color photographs this book is for you.Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J.     This is a great book, easy-follow instructions and pictures that show what you need to do.Each exercise tells you what it's good for and includes an audio CD. I always keep it handy for reference when I need to do stretching exercises.
