As a teacher, consultant, entrepreneur and executive, he combines strategy and theory with tactics and implementation. Professor Calvin has written numerous books, including "Sales Management, The McGraw-Hill Executive MBA Series" which was the winner of the Soundview Award as one of the 30 best business books in 2001 and latter translated into Chinese. McGraw-Hill published his most recent book "Sales Management Demystified" in 2007. He is a visiting professor at Xiamen University School of Management in China, Chinese European International Business School (CEIBS) in Pudon, and the Bank of China's International Institute of Finance in Shanghai/Beijing. He holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Professor Calvin sits on the advisory boards and is a director of numerous start-ups and established small businesses.
