    I loved this book. There are practical life lessons here. I'm pushing 72. I swim between one hour and three hours every morning and work out with a trainer. However, I can do much, much more. I should walk 30 minutes and I'm not doing that. Olga teaches me that it is never too late to start. She gave up softball to let a younger person play then took up track and field at my age. She wakes up like I do in the middle of the night. She uses her time wisely to self massage. If I follow her advice I will exit this life skipping all the way. I do not want to die in a wheelchair. Olga shows me how to life life fully right up to the end.

    Loved the matter of fact story she tells. She also shares her stretching/workout routine and diet tips. As someone who wants to live a long life I love reading centurians stories.

    Should be required reading for everyone over 40!!!!!!! Excellent book.
