One of the drawbacks, I find, of reading on a kindle rather than a "real" book is that I can often read a whole book and not be sure who the author is or what the title is ( especially if it's an author I'm not familiar with that I've maybe just bought as a recommendation). Which brings my to my critique which I can sum up by saying that I repeatedly kept checking the books details and thinking ; "This surely can't be by Sinead Moriarty?"I've enjoyed other books by this author but I found this one just too predictable, ho-hum and with some characters which were such caricatures it was almost laugh out loud! The reason I'v given it 2 rather than one star is that I did manage to finish it and it was poor but not abysmal.

Such a sad book. I wish, I had never clicked 'confirm purchase' for this novel.Unfortunately, I am the type of person who has to finish a book, once started. I would not recommend this to anyone. If anything, this book has made me more paranoid about people around me. It is a story about a great young Nanny, who happens to be mentally disturbed and is a stalker. It is about a sad marriage where the husbands tricks the wife into 'trying' to get pregnant. It is about a young TV Presenter who is known for sleeping around and has a abortion.Seriously, this book is super depressing. It left me with a bitter taste ......

I was in suspense right through to the very end.The amount of creativity and imagination that has gone into this book is just unbelievable. The author herself is Irish and speaking as an Irish reader she is a brilliant person to take you into the very core of the story with her nail-biting book.It will keep you guessing that's for sureI am browsing at the moment to see if I can find any more gems like this oneMust must read!!!

Great read, like the 3 books before this, this book finished off the story of this family from pregnancy trials, adoption, falling pregnant then shifting countries and trials and tribulations of a nanny so the mum can work and the husband being at work long hours ....All such real stories ...Again with a lots of humor, suspense and sadness ... story lines that could happen to family members have to read to find out :)

I loved catching up with Emma again after all theses years. Great story--in true Moriarty style. Keep 'em comin' Ms Moriarty!

This is a great story that grabs you from the beginning. It is a down-to-earth story that many people could relate to in today's world where there are so many stressors to deal with. I would definitely recommend this book for those that enjoy contemporary fiction.

I'm sorry to say that this book was quite disappointing. It was wildly predictable and I didn't enjoy the way it was written, it didn't feel like it flowed along well and the dialogue unrealistic, just not the way people actually converse especially people close such as a husband and wife or best friends.
