I loved that book! The book is touching, often funny, and well written. I got this copy for a friend of mine, and he loved it as well. One gets to know that cat like it was one's own.

I am a cat lover. We have 4 cats Mystique, Sparkles, Mr. Belvedere & Gordo. So my husband & I hardly have room on our bed. We wouldn't have it any other way. Gordo is Mystique's kitten he follows my granddaughter everywhere. I am really enjoying the book I am half way through it & enjoyed every page so far*; 0)

A true story of one smart cat. The cat's eye sight was taken from him, but his other senses were greatly magnified. He's a true adventurer & hero.

It's a great book but not only for cat lovers. Homer leads Gwen to take risks she would have never considered otherwise

The book arrived within the posted dates and in excellent condition. I loved the story because I love cats. And Homer is an extraordinary cat because he is blind. However, he doesn't know it so he does everything sighted cats do plus is basically a bundle of joy! Not only will he touch your heart but he's very inspiring too!

I bought this book used for a cat lover and ended up reading it before gifting as I had no other book in the house. My sister-in-law has rescued many cats and dogs over the years as a vet. My husband and I have rescued cats as well. I can honestly say that nothing in the first half of this book is unique and the author's arrogance is apparent. If you insist upon reading this book, I would skip at least half way through and speed read until you get to the 9/11 part. That was the only unique and interesting perspective during a catastrophic event in our country's history. To be honest, I almost quit reading the book because it was so slow and boring. The author's writing barely kept me engaged and it was only the other reviews that made me try to find one reason to finish reading it. So glad I paid very little for it. Of note, she claims this book is about her fearless feline, but it's way more of an autobiography. I was really disappointed.

I love this book and have read it at least three times. I can't tell you how many people I've recommended it to. Read it with caution if you don't have a cat because I can assure you that you will get one soon! I think everyone should have one, or two or three!
